Magnetiq ("we", "us") provides an AI social media management service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
We use customer content to provide and improve Magnetiq for that customer's workspace. We do not sell customer content, and we do not use one customer's private workspace content to train a shared Magnetiq model for other customers. Third-party AI providers process prompts, context, and outputs as needed to generate service responses under their own data-processing terms.
By default, Magnetiq uses a review queue before publishing. We do not post to your connected social accounts unless you approve the post or enable a setting, such as auto-publish or trust ramp, that allows publication without a separate approval click.
We share information with service providers only as needed for their function. Current providers include Zernio for social account connections, publishing, webhooks, and metrics; OpenRouter and selected model providers for AI generation; Resend for email; Dodo Payments for checkout, subscriptions, receipts, taxes, fraud, disputes, and chargebacks; Railway for hosting, database, and logs; Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics; Google for optional sign-in; and the social platforms you connect.
For connected social accounts, OAuth tokens or app-password style credentials may be handled by Zernio or the platform connection flow. Magnetiq stores connection identifiers, status, and webhook data needed to operate the product. We do not store your platform passwords in the Magnetiq application.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out choices before doing so.
We keep account, workspace, brand, content, and connected-account data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your account or connected data, we will delete or de-identify active application records within 30 days unless we need to keep limited records for billing, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute reasons. Backups and logs are deleted on their normal rotation schedule.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or ad-sharing opt-out flow to use today.
To exercise privacy rights, email app.magnetiq@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure.
Magnetiq is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are under 13, and do not provide personal information about children unless you have all rights and consents required by law.
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data-protection rules that differ from yours.
We may update this policy as Magnetiq changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method. We will not retroactively use customer content for materially broader AI training or data-sharing purposes without appropriate notice and consent where required.
